This is Castle Hill in NSW (not Tasmania) – history is fluid. I was born in Glasgow, but I grew up in the western suburbs near Castle Hill.
The woman is a Gainsborough mix, and her hair is made up of a Gainsborough mans hair in an absurdist fashion
