Thea Anarama Perkins has been awarded the 2021 Brett Whiteley Travelling Art Scholarship.
“As a First Nations woman I am honoured to be a recipient of this scholarship, an opportunity that continues the innovative spirit of Whiteley’s artistic legacy. I look forward to being connected with peers and what will be generated from this space.”
Thea will join other scholarship recipients on a two-week residency at Kangaroo Valley, Southern Highlands, NSW.
